We often use the programs and guidelines established by Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) to approve loans. But we also use Portfolio (Private) programs and guidelines to approve loans that FNMA and FHLMC may be unable to approve. This gives our firm tremendous lending power, Regardless of our client's Credit and Income circumstances. Many of our clients are surprised by what we can do for them, especially those who thought they did not qualify to buy or refinance.

We often use institutional funding resources, but we can also access private investor resources when needed. This, and our state of the art processing and automated underwriting system, makes us one of, if not the best lender in the market. And when technology isn't enough, our expert loan staff is always available to get the job done.

JP Capital Mortgage was founded in 1992 as a private entity. The firm later incorporated as JP Capital Mortgage Investments, Inc., DBA JP Capital Mortgage. JP Capital Mortgage is Licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, (License #7743), and a member of distinguished professional organizations such as:

Jesse Peralta is CEO, and President of the Corporation. Mr. Peralta has recieved many awards and recognitions throughout his career. Many regard him as truly dedicated to serving his clients and the mortgage industry. He served as Legislative Chairman of Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Brokers, and was later elected President. He also served on the Legislative Committee of Texas Association for several years and was later elected onto TAMB's Board of Directors. He continues to be involved, and is sometimes called on to meet with Congress to discuss bills and issues critical to the mortgage industry and the consumers it serves.
