Application Instructions and Document Checklist
Typically we need some basic paperwork to process your loan request. Please begin to gather the items below, as they apply to you. You can apply by telephone, fax, email, mail, or online. The online form lets you freely toggle back and forth between sections. If you are not sure how answer a question, you can leave it blank and move on - we'll talk about it and complete it later. Also, if you apply online the submit page will prompt you to enter credit card information, however: - If you only want to be pre-qualified, please disregard - you can just hit "enter" to get out of of the form, save, and exit. We will promptly prequalify you free of charge. - If you want a full blown "PRE-APPROVAL and CERTIFICATE" you can enter credit card information here or go to the "Payment Processing" tab, and select the option that applies to you.
Document Checklist (We only need the items apply to you.)
1. Loan Application and all disclosures signed and dated. (If you apply online, we'll complete and mail you these to you for signature). Residency/Citizenship 2. If not a US Citizen, copy of Green Card, Work Visa, Social Security, or Tax ID Number. 3. Copy of Driver’s License and another form of ID Income 4. Most recent paycheck stubs for 1 month. 5. Last two (2) years W-2’s and or 1099’s. 6. If self-employed: Business License or Articles of Incorporation, YTD Income Statement, Last two of years 1040’s, 1120’s, 1065’s and K-1’s, (Ask about our No Income Verification programs) Assets 7. Most recent Statement for all Bank Accounts. (please include all pages) 8. Most recent Statement for all Investment/Retirement Accts (CD’s, Stocks, IRA, 401K, SEP) 9. List of all Real Estate owned – including address, value, and mortgage information. 10. Copy of notes receivable, leases receivable. 11. Copy of Pension, Social Security, Workers Comp, Divorce Decree , Bankruptcy, Tax Liens Property/Transaction 12. $385.00 Loan Application Deposit - Credit/Approval ($60) and Appraisal ($325) (Appraisal fees vary on large homes and investment property.) 13. If a Home Purchase, a copy of the Earnest Money Contract or Purchase Agreement. 14. If a Refinance or Home Equity Loan, a copy of your current loan statement or payment coupon. 15. A copy of the Survey on the property. If not available, we can order one. 16. Copy of Home Owners Insurance or name and phone of insurance agent.
